SN: 47700A made in 1936. Bolt action hunting rifle chambered in 257 Roberts with a 24" round barrel with ramped front sight and rear dovetail with a filler blank installed, fixed bottom metal and checkered walnut stock with a period correct Jostam red recoil pad. Stock is in good overall condition with some light wear and has been professionally filled where it was inlet for a Lyman style sight. Blued metal and jeweled bolt body are in good condition with some light wear and slight discoloration around the filler screws where it once had a vintage style scope mount on the rear of the barrel and rear bridge of the receiver but the bore is excellent with strong rifling. Comes with a Redfield 3-9 variable scope. (W13874)
