P-37-30
This custom .45 caliber Kentucky rifle has a straight octagon browned 13/16" x 42" and 1:48 twist barrel fitted with fixed sights. Inscribed on the top flat is L. Poole & A.W. Lenhart and 189 on the left side flat. The bore is in good condition with clean sharp rifling. The very tastefully carved P++ Maple stock is in good condition and mounted with German Silver furniture including and a pierced patch box and inlays. The hand engraved Small Siler flint lock is activated by L Poole double set triggers. Length of pull is 14", overall length is 57-1/2”, weight is 7.8 lbs. Good wood to metal fit - Condition: Good. Note: This gun has very intricate engraving throughout the German Silver furniture and lock plate.
There is a repair at the top right side of the barrel channel 20 inches from the muzxzle between the entry pipe and the middle thimble.
