Smith & Wesson U.S. Navy Victory Model chambered in .38 Smith & Wesson Special. It is a six-shot, double-action revolver with fixed sights. It has a 4-inch regular barrel. The Victory models are normally identified by a V serial number prefix, lanyard loop on the grip frame, smooth grips, and unpolished finish. The Navy Victory models also had U.S. NAVY stamped on the top frame strap and no P or flaming bomb proof marks. They were manufactured between 1942-45. No box. .38 S&W
