Offered for sale this week is a fine example of the prewar Colt ACE. Complete package to include the numbers matching box, test target, manual and bore brush. Los Angeles shipped and the box is penned "Beales. W.H. Hogged Company was a known supplier to the LAPD and many of the LAPD's Shooting Team guns were sent thru this retailer. More research on Mr Beales could yield some interesting info. The Insruction manual is also marked with his or her last name (Beales). The pistol is all original finish and in high condtion. All parts are correct to include the match grade barrel and two tone magazine.
It is very rare to find complete packages like this with the box and papers. Test Targets are especially difficult and are rarely seen.
