This Navy Arms Rifle is a 1944 dated M47/C "PP": 1944. SN PP0788; N37232.
After WWII Navy Arms re-purchased various models of Enfield #4 Mark 1 Rifles from the French government. Those dated with a "PP" Prefix on the receiver (put on by the French Government at the end of the war as a unique reference number for each gun). This model is a M47/C marked gun, meaning they were made by Birmingham Small Arms - Shirley plant.
Comes with one magazine, appears to be original canvas sling marked with initials MWM.
