The Cobray M11, also known as the MAC-11, is a 9mm submachine gun/machine pistol developed in the 1970s by Gordon Ingram at the Military Armament Corporation. It is a scaled-down version of the MAC-10, originally chambered in .380 ACP. The weapon gained popularity for its compact size and high rate of fire, though it was known for being difficult to control. Cobray and its successor companies, SWD and Leinad, continued production of various M11/9 variants after the original MAC company ceased operations.
