Original Antique Model 1871/84 German Mauser military rifle 11mm (43cal.). This model was the first repeating tubular 8 round military Mauser made for the German army. Has many markings made in Amberg in 1887 with regimental markings on the but plate. The Solid dark wood stock has many dents,dings, scratches and gouges. The metal has a smooth brown patina.
