New Addition Post War Manurhin PP .32 Auto Pistol 2 Mags
Offered here for sale and just acquired is this very fine post WWII Model PP .32 auto pistol made at the Manurhin (short for Manufacture de Machines du Haut?Rhin)—a French factory that produced the iconic Walther PP series under license from 1952 to 1986. This arrangement emerged because Walther’s original German factory was in the Soviet zone and arms production was heavily restricted after WWII. These PPs were manufactured in France—including parts and assembly—but were sometimes shipped to Walther in Ulm, Germany, for finishing, proofing, and marking so they could be sold as "Made in W Germany." Some bore the Walther roll?marks with German proofs, while others retained the Manurhin branding and "Made in France".
All post-WWII Walther PPs, whether marked Manurhin or Walther, were nearly all produced by Manurhin in France—even those later marked "Made in W Germany". Serial Number “343357”. This specimen was made c. mid? to late?1960s.This pistol’s has a high-gloss blued finish, along with original hard rubber or plastic grips, are consistent with post war commercial PP pistols. The PP’s barrel length is approximately 3.88 inches . It retains nearly 99% finish, mint bore, original grips, and two magazines. There is only a slight patina around the trigger guard ifrom use or storage.
