Description:
Beretta 687 EELL small frame 28 gauge O/U shotgun. Made in 1993 with proof date code "BC" this gun has 26" barrels with Beretta factory Mobil chokes.
Beautiful, early example of "better" engraving by "Bottega C Giovenelli" in Brescia, Italy. The left side features Pheasants. The right side features Wood Cock. And the bottom is 100% floral scroll.
The pistol grip stock has a 14 5/8" length of pull over a 1/2" Beretta factory recoil pad. 1 5/16" drop at the comb; 2 1/4" drop at the heel with neutral cast. The narrow Schnabel forearm has a Deeley bottom latch.
The gun was fitted with a 28" set of .410 bore barrels that have Briley choke tubes and the barrels have a field style forearm.
The ensemble comes in a leather Beretta luggage case. The gun with the 28 gauge barrels weighs 5 lbs. 15 oz.
