For sale is a Winchester Late 2nd Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle chambered in .44-40 Winchester. It features a blue finish, 30" octagon barrel with globe front & tang rear sights, full magazine, plain trigger and straight stock with rifle buttplate. The stocks fit tight to the frame with no breaks, cracks or deep scratches present. Mechanically, everything is in order along with the bore being bright & shiny. The rifle was received in the warehouse on May 12, 1882 and shipped July 29, 1882. A letter will accompany this rifle and more photos are available upon request.
