Description:
H&R M1 Garand chambered in .30-06 Springfield. This M1 garand features a 24" barrel and a blade front sight with protective sides, adjustable DRC aperture rear sight. The Op Rod is marked "D85382 SA" and the bolt is marked "D6528287 HRA". The trigger group housing is marked "D28290- 14-SA", a type one trigger guard with no visable markings, SA safety, "5546008 IHC" hammer. The gas cylinder is a wide base with a "O" gas cylinder lock screw and a high hump lock. The stock set is a three peice smooth hardwood with a pistol grip and checkered metl butt plate. The stock The stock appears to be a replacement with no markings. The barrel is stamped "HRA D6535448 12-53 RS26". The receiver is stamped "US RIFLE - CAL .30M1 - H&R ARMS CO. - 4702094. Overall this rifle remains in excellent condition and with a sling. .30-06 Springfield
