"SN: 7561. Made in 1937, .270 with a 24"" barrel. Bore is excellent. Rare pre-war Super Grade rifle. Has a highly figured walnut stock. The floor plate is engraved and has a game scene of a moose. The trigger guard is engraved also. The gun shows light hunting use, with 90%+ original blue. The stock has a recoil pad added and shows light marks and wear. A Hensoldt Ziel Dialyt 2.75X scope is mounted on an early Griffin & Howe windage quick detach mount. A top notch rig in it's day! Overall very good condition. (DALLAS LOCATION)
