I’m selling some of the guns that I don’t anticipate using in the future. The rifle is about 10 years old and I’m the original owner. Ruger has made these in two differrent barrel profiles. This is the lighter of the two, which I beleve is called a "C" weight barrel. There have been only a small number of the hearier barreled examples made, which are significantly heavier. I would estimate the weight of this one to be in the 8 1/2 pound range. When loaded to original factory balistics, it is comfortable to shoot for a larger caliber intended for thin skinned dangerous game. The only modification is the addition of a 1 inch Decelerator recoil pad. The stock was cut to maintain the original overall length, which is 13 5/8. I have reloading components that I will offer at a good price to the buyer. It is in excellent condition and has been fired at the range on a number of occasions. I have never hunted with it. I have always maintained the gun properly and it is totally free of any corrosion or metal wear. The wood is also an excellent condition. Don't hestiate to ask any questions.
