About Us: First of all, thank you for your interest in my listing. I am an FFL Dealer in Connecticut, as well as a collector. The business name, Warthog Arms, is derived from my Air Force service as an avionic tech on A-10 Thunderbolts (also known as the Warthog). Description:
For your consideration is a Browning Gold Hunter semi-automatic 12ga shotgun made in Belgium and assembled in Portugal in 1997. The 12-gauge Gold model was discontinued in 2006 while the 10-gauge is still in production. This example is chambered for 3 ½” magnum shells with a 30” vented rib barrel and is in near-new condition. Comes with one Carlson’s Full choke tube (TKY).
Key Features:
• Gas-operated action for soft recoil and fast follow-up shots.
• Gloss-finished walnut stock with a 14¼″ length of pull, 1¾″ drop at the comb, and 2” drop at heel.
• Ported ventilated rib to reduce barrel rise.
• Chrome-plated chamber and bore for longevity.
• Invector-Plus removable choke system.
Receiver/barrel finish is superb - no scratches, rust, scuffs, etc. There may be some insignificant blemishes, but you must really look for them.
The gloss walnut stocks are in excellent condition with sharp checkering.
The bore is mirror smooth and bright.
Mechanically excellent, with smooth, tight action and crisp trigger.
Overall, an outstanding Browning Gold Hunter shotgun – hunting season is right around the corner!

As this is a modern firearm, it must be transferred through an FFL dealer.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a copy of their FFL’s license. It may be emailed or included with payment.
Sales tax collection/remittance (if required) will be the responsibility of your FFL at the point of transfer. I will provide a sales receipt upon request. I am registered with the state of California for approved gun transfers.
All firearms have a 3-day, no firing inspection period from the date the item is received at your FFL Dealer or C&R. The firearm cannot leave the FFL premises prior to inspection/acceptance. The date received is the date the item is shown as delivered by the tracking information provided by the shipping entity.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive at the transfer agent in a condition other than advertised in the listing. Returns must be left with the transfer agent.
Firearms returned for other than damage or misrepresentation will have all shipping/ fees and a restocking fee of 15% subtracted from the refund. Any damage incurred in transit is the responsibility of the shipping agent (USPS, UPS, etc.). I will assist with any claim, but any damages will be paid by the shipping agent.
