Description:
1878 Mfg Winchester 1873. This gun has a special order set trigger and deluxe grade wood, 26" full octagon barrel, full length magazine tubes, duct cover with the thumb print. The wood has been refinished when the crack was repaired. This is a nice looking Second Model with full patina on the metal parts that is functioning with a good rifling but there is some pitting. Pretty nice shape still for a rifle that is 148 years old.
