The 1882 revolver retains 95-97% of its original rust blue finish, comparable condition strawed parts showing no suggestion of enhancement, and crisp original grips without chips or cracks. Mirror bore. Correct manual mechanics, each cylinder indexing against mild resistance. VG stock with scattered scuffs. Strap slightly shorter, with crazing, having been restitched to body. Excellent lock-up to revolver with minimal wobble. A highly charismatic and instantly recognizable ensemble, seldom offered for sale!
