We are offering for sale a Remington MODEL 581 bolt action rifle chambered in .22 S L and LR calibers. This vintage rifle is a SUPER CLEAN example remaining in very good to excellent condition.
24" barrel is excellent with bright blue finish showing very little wear. The bore is minty with bright, crisp rifling. The action is excellent showing little wear. Bolt action functions flawlessly. THe original stock is very good with light handling wear; No breaks or cracks. Factory buttplate very good without damage.
