Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a DSA SA58 based on the FN FAL with (1) DSA 30 round magazine. They are a good quality copy of the FAL rifle and I have shot this and had no trouble with it. It's in good condition and everything works and is as it should be except the front attachment for the sling, which is missing. The gun is accurate and has a good bore This carbine version fits really well in the hands and comes up fast and properly when you want to shoot. It has been kept well and cleaned, so it looks good. It also has a rail to mount scopes or optics. Thanks for looking.
