This is a 1914 manufactured pistol that has retained 98% plus of the original bright blue finish that has silvered very faintly along a handful of the exposed edges. Additionally, there are some specks of gray freckling running along the edge of the slide radius on the right side and a small scratched area on the left. The trigger, grip safety, and safety lever have nearly all of their original color case-hardening remaining and the fire blued components are still bright. The checkered hard rubber grips are in excellent condition with virtually no wear or flattening of the points. The pistol is housed in its original cardboard box, numbered to the gun on the bottom, and comes complete with original instructions, cleaning brush, and a single magazine. This is a splendid example of a 1908 Colt Vest Pocket and it would make a fantastic addition to any collection. FFL or C&R; Price: $1,495.00 Curio/Relic: Yes |
