Manufactured by Jennings Firearms, the Model 38 is a compact blowback-operated pistol from the same family of inexpensive handguns produced by the “Ring of Fire" companies (Jennings, Bryco, Lorcin, Jimenez, etc.). While originally marketed as a budget personal defense handgun, today the Model 38 is often collected as part of American handgun history.
