This gun is a great shooter. it is an early cocking rod action Lefever F grade that started out as a 16g. damascus gun that had a blown tube. I had the original barrels sleeved to 20g using modern fluid steel. the original length of 28" was retained along with the original hand matted rib. Aaron Little did the barrel sleeving for me about 10 years ago as I recall. He did a great job in maintaining hte balance of the gun with the sleeving job and using 20g. tubes. Before installing the recoil pad, the gun balanced perfectly. All other finishes on the gun are original and untouched, metal and wood. It is a great example of an early F grade small bore. The Beretta gell cheek pad is on it to bring the stock drop up just a little bit for my own shooting. I have shot this gun a good amount in the past several years at the SxS events. It has always perforned great. And the best part, it can shoot modern 2-3/4" 20g. shells with no concern. The canvas/leather truk case pictured and accessories come included with the gun.
