Description:
Springfield Armory M1 Garand, serial number dates to late WW2. Barrel is dated April 1945. This M1 is in excellent used condition. Marked parts are mostly WW2 era, they are detailed below.
This Garand was originally sold through the Civilian Marksmanship Program in 2019. A certificate of authenticity, manual and original hang tag are included.
The stock is new walnut. We applied an oil finish vastly improving the appearance of the stock, as these come from the CMP with unfinished wood.

SPECS:
Receiver: Springfield Armory, serial number 3675261, produced between March-June 1945. Reparkerized finish is excellent, with minimal scratches, no pitting.
Barrel: Springfield Armory, dated April 1945. Bright bore. Measures 2 at the muzzle, 1 at the throat.
Op Rod: Springfield Armory, modified rod, mid WW2 production
Trigger Housing: Springfield Armory, marked D28290-12-SA, 1944
Safety: Winchester, marked C46015-4 W. R. A.
Bolt: Springfield Armory, marked 6528287 SA, postwar production
Extras: CMP certificate of authenticity, hang tag, manual, reproduction sling, two M1 enbloc clips (no ammo)
