Description:
This is an exceptionally rare gun in superior condition! All numbers are matching throughout, including the orignal bayonet. Orignal leather sling. All markings are clear. Super and original Nazi proof behind the trigger guard. Avril 1940 dated cartouche on the right side of the butt. Retains 85% original black enamel type finish overall. Wood is fine with some light dings and handling marks. Fine bore is bright and shiny with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. Proper H block serial number. You would be hard pressed to find a better example, especially with the proper Nazi marking on it. This is a must have for an advanced WWII military rifle and fits in with German captured and reissued guns, as well as primary French long arms. NOT import marked. Serial number is H92590

Firearms are not test fired, however we do test the action to see if it functions properly for a dry fire. We do not put any ammo in it or disassemble to check internal parts. We will sometimes take off barrels or stocks in an attempt to prevent damage in shipping. We only sell used guns, and have no way to know how many rounds have been through them. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ALL FIREARMS, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR FEDERAL ANTIQUE STATUS have to be shipped to a dealer for transfer within NY. Other states are fine, depending on your state laws. We will not ship to a New York, NJ, or CA C&R holder, a standard FFL is required. There are some states in which a C&R handgun MUST be shipped to a dealer, such as MD. Please know your local laws.
