Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a nice AYA Aguirre Y Aranzabal #4 SXS shotgun chambered for 12 ga 2-3/4" shells. This is a quality built gun with a box lock action. The barrels are 28" long and are choked IMP MOD and CYL on my gauge. The LOP is 14" to the rear trigger and 14-7/8" to the front due to the added recoil pad. This is an extractor gun and locks up tight with no wiggle. This gun has been fitted with a very cool rail system and a mounted 4x32 Tasco Scope. This setup would work great for deer with rifled slugs or Buck Shot, or both. Also works for birds. Or could be used as a combo gun with birdshot in one tube and deer load in the other.
