Winchester Model 55 Takedown Rifle with low serial number 7214. Manufactured in 1927, 32 spl caliber. 24" round barrel and 1/2 magazine tube retain 50-55% original blue, with some smooth staining. Correct and original front and rear sights. Great bore, I will rate it an 8.5 on a scale from 1 to 10. Takedown feature is nice and tight with no wobble. Excellent markings. Receiver retains 55 to 60% of its original blue. Both forend and buttstock are in good condition and are showing the normal handling marks, bumps, scrapes, and scratches that you normally see on a gun of this age. Must ship to a FFL or Curio and Relics license holder. Please feel free to ask questions.
