For your consideration, the Smith Corona 03-A3 bolt-action rifle chambered in .30-06. The 1903 is a well known rifle used in both World Wars, production ran from 1903 through 1938, the 03-A3 ran from 1942 to 1944. Based on the serial number this model was manufactured in 1943, the barrel has RA 8-44. The stock has been refinished, but might still be original. .30-06
