Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Description:
Here is a Browning BAR chambered in 30-06 Springfield. This rifle was made in 1990 in Belgium and assembled in Portugal. The rifle is equiped with a Fontaine 3-9x40 scope in Weaver rings. The scope is clear and the reticle is a cross hair with heaier post and side arms. There is some wiggle in the forend which I am sure could be tightened but I am not a gunsmith so I will leave that up to the next owner. Thanks for looking!
