Parker - Ballard has no relation to the famous Parker Bros company and mostly worked to import affordable firearms from Europe. This example of a 3" Heavy Duck gun is in good overall condition, with no major faults found in the stocks or action, but some light corrosion and wear found on the barrels and stock.
