ROHM (Germany) Model 66 – 22Mag/22LR – 2 Cylinders – 6" Barrel – Leather Holster
During the 1960s, Rohm made a number of revolvers that were then imported into the U.S. by RG Industries in Florida. In general, these were pretty inexpensive firearms but the Model 66 was usually considered to be the better of the bunch. Our Model 66 is serial number IC274532.
This one comes with a 22 Mag cylinder in the firearm and an additional 22 LR cylinder. The revolver seems to be in good condition with a tight lockup. The single action trigger is light and nice. The very attractive wood grips are in Good or better condition with one small imperfection on the right panel. The metal finish is also Good or better. It is almost entirely intact with just two small worn spots. One is on the left side of the barrel in the same area where the caliber is stamped and the other is on the right side of the barrel about one-half inch back from the muzzle. We doubt if this one was fired much as there is only a slight wear ring on the cylinder.
Also included is a very nice tooled leather gunbelt holster. Please see the photos of this.
Overall, this is just a nice looking fun little revolver with a good looking holster. It’s not a Colt Single Action Army, nor is it priced like a Colt. This one is affordable and just for fun!
