Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Description:
Here is a well worn Remington model 512 "The Sportmaster" chambered for 22 Short, Long, or Long Rifle. This rifle has seen use and neglect. The metal has heavy rust, patina, and pitting. The bore is actually pretty good but needs a cleaning. The stock has a crack on the left side which does impede function. The rifle is equiped with an El Paso made Weaver B6 scope with very fine cross hair reticle which appears clear and functional. Thanks for looking!
