The Springfield XD-M Elite is Springfield Armory’s higher-end evolution of the XD(M) line — a polymer-frame, striker-fired pistol family built for duty, competition, and serious carry use. The “Elite" models add factory performance and ergonomic upgrades over standard XD(M) pistols: refined grips and texturing, match-grade barrels, tuned triggers with short resets, improved sights, and often optics-ready slides or threaded/port-ready options depending on the variant. The Elite line is intended to give near-factory “race gun" feel without heavy aftermarket work.
