This is a set of US Navy Captain Hats belonging to Cold War Submarine Veteran, John Henry Sweeney, III Captain USN Retired of Arlington born March 27, 1932 in Wilmington, died December 17, 2020 in Middletown, NY. The dress hat is in to very good to excellence condition and the other looks like the working hat and is in good condition. Captain Sweeney spent the end of his career working for DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.;
