Description:

Standard configuration Colt Government Model .45 caliber pistol, factory nickel finish with factory letter, marked as a Government Model with caliber and the Rampant Colt on the left side of the slide and single line address on the right side of the slide above full SN on the frame. Fixed front and drift adjustable rear sights, hammer and trigger with serrated surfaces. Sides of main and most minor components are brightly polished with other surfaces with matted. Dark brown Coltwood grips. Nickeled magazine with matted floorplate marked COLT/.45 AUTO. Complete with two piece wood grain cardboard box with COLT yellow/black end label specifying nickel finish, bottom of base inked with matching serial number, warranty card and instruction booklet.

Condition:

Wonderful 99.9% bright original factory nickel finish with comparable condition grips and magazine. Mirror bright bore. Correct manual mechanics. G-VG box with moderate shelf wear, one corner with taped repair. Near excellent literature. A gorgeous Colt Government Model from 1965 with correct box, literature, and factory letter!
