Mosin Nagant rifle in fair to good condition. All serial numbers match except the bolt. (Firearm serial number = 16639, bolt serial = 105493). The top of the receiver is stamped with a star whick has an arrow in it, 1936 and No. along with the serial number. This firearm was imported by CAI.
The stock is scuffed and has many scratches. The metal is pitted, the cleaning rod is missing and the front sight is loose. We did not fire this weapon, but everything is working mechanically and dry fires as expected. While the stock has a lot of character, it is solid - no cracks. This gun is a shooter as it is, but with some TLC, it could be restored to something pretty nice.
