Description:
Boxlocks - We have had a few F. T. Bakers pass through over the years and they have all been exceptional. This is no different except even better it has rare 30" barrels.
The action is beautifully rounded over the top with engraving that complements the Damascus pattern wonderfully. High grade walnut stock with a lovely finish and barely a mark on it. The trigger guard is inscribed in roman numerals for the year 1886, a hidden signature reportedly reserved for Baker\'s very best guns.
The bores are remarkable for the age. Wall thickness that will last another lifetime and surprisingly clean bores. Just a hint of speckling towards the right hand muzzle - nothing to worry about.
