These were made in Eibar, Spain from 1915-1937. Features a 22 inch round barrel chambered in 44-40 caliber with a full length magazine tube. Bright shiny excellent bore. Sights include a blade front and folding ladder carbine rear. Excellent markings."CAL. 44 L" caliber marking which means "44 Largo", the Spanish name for .44-40 W.C.F. Overall metal retains about 77% dull blue/// case colors on the hammer and lever. Correct saddle ring. Crisp action. Stocks are in very good condition with a few scattered impressions no cracks also includes the cleaning rod. / butt plate is in brown patina / looks all original with normal wear for its age //$59 sh serial # A 24278 //I HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE FOR TRANSFER / not the best i have see but probably in the 80% + catagory
