Description:
Early gun with nice bores and very well figured stock, as sleeved in the UK. Needs cosmetics (barrel blacking, forend edge repair, checkering cleaned) but shootable. Tight as rejointed. Steel NP barrels clean bores 28"x2 1/2" with doll's head, R662/648, L 662/641. LOP 14 1/4" thru checkered horn plate, vacant oval, drops 1 1/4" 2 1/4" neutral cast with toe out. Action and rib have been polished and blacked, engraving is partly lost, with some minor pitting. 6lb
