32699- CIVIL WAR STARR ARMS CO. D.A. 1858 PERCUSSION .44 CAL. ARMY REVOLVER. Early Civil War production 1858-1863. All matching and original very good to fine overall. Six-shot with 6” barrel. Frame stamped “STARR ARMS CO. NEW YORK” and “STARR’S PATENT JAN. 15, 1856”. Walnut original grips with Ordnance inspector’s cartouche’s visible on both sided. Excellent original grey patina on metal and the original finish on grips. Working order an excellent bore and chambers. $1450.
