Marlin Model 27S .25-20 Caliber – A fine example of this classic slide-action rifle in very good condition for its age. The bluing remains intact with some minor pitting visible on the barrel and receiver, but overall it retains a very nice appearance. The stock shows typical handling marks from use over the years, though nothing major that detracts from its look or function. A solid and attractive piece, well-preserved and ready for the range or collection.

C&R: A C&R license is acceptable for C&R firearms. Firearms determined to be C&Rs by ATF and/or guns known to be at least 50 years old. A C&R license is only valid for the person to whom it is issued to.

CALIFORNIA: We do ship to California if it falls within what is legal. Many older handguns cannot be shipped into California due to State Restrictions. C&R Handguns are exempt from this restriction. As they are exempt, they are unable to be shipped directly to that C&R License. California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R firearms directly to a C&R holder in the State of California. You must have the firearm shipped to a 01 FFL Holder.

NEW YORK: Handguns cannot be shipped directly to a C&R holder in the State of New York and must be transferred through a dealer. Antique cartridge handguns require an FFL transfer in New York City.

ANTIQUE FIREARMS: Require proof of age supplied if . Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms.

    SAFETY NOTICE: Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to fire. Not all the firearms offered have been test fired, rather they have been given a visual inspection for purposes. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.

    RETURN POLICY: All firearms come with a 5-day Monday-Friday inspection/return policy. The inspection period begins at the time of delivery to your dealer. It is your responsibility to inspect the firearm within this time frame. In the case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping. PLEASE, ask questions before.
