This Winchester was produced in 1898. The rifle's serial number is 525804. This rifle is fitted with an octagonal 24 inch barrel chambered to shoot the 32 W.C.F [32-20] cartridge. The caliber markings is on the top barrel flat. The bore today, is in fair to poor condition. This Winchester is in mostly patina condition. This rifle is in well used condition. The stock and forend have no cracks or major damage to the wood. The wood surface is in fine condition with a nice aged look. The action works fine with no broken parts. This Winchester has seen much use and wear. These Winchester Model 1873's were tough rifles to wear out! This rifle can still shoot today! Here is a well used Winchester that will still appeal to some collectors today!
