An exceptional 1962 dated Russian Izhevsk Military Makarov pistol, cal 9x18, in near-new condition with two FACTORY MATCHING magazines. A classic post-WWII military sidearm seldom found in this condition with two matching magazines!
Description:
Beautiful, near new, Russian Military Makarov Pistol, dated 1962, with fixed front sight and drift adjustable rear sight. Full SN and Izhevsk Arsenal marking on left side of frame along with manufacturing date of "1962”. Import marked on right side of frame. Plum tone, matching safety. Single piece reddish maroon plastic grip with two checkered panels impressed with encircled 5 pointed star. Two early FACTORY MATCHING Russian magazines. No holster.
Condition:
99% bright original salt blue with just a few tiny handling marks on right crest of slide. No sharp edge wear or thinning of frontstrap. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics with both magazines. A gorgeous example, whose appeal could be easily improved with a correct holster.
