Description:
British proofs, custom stainless medium weight barrel threaded for brake M14x1, marked "20 Tac Non Standard" 22 1/2", with a spendy trigger upgrade: 40-X adjustable trigger set at around 1lb. Clean bore, no erosion apparent, 11 twist, 3 grooves, looks like cut rifling to me but don't ask what "Non Standard" means, probably tight neck or perhaps that is Brit speak for a wildcat. New laminated bench style stock.
