Haenel–Lorenz conversion single-shot target rifle in 8.15 × 46, converted from a Mauser Model 98 military action during the post-World War I period to comply with Treaty of Versailles restrictions. These conversions were commonly used for civilian marksmanship competitions in Germany that required open sights.
