This is a WM Davis & Sons Walnut Ca., Western Loop Style #79 R-5 1/2 Holster in excellence condition with tight stitching and light age soiling. This old west loop style holsters is single thick top grain leather, border stamped. The #79 has a wide single loop that is riveted to the back flap. This will fit up to a 3" belt. This holster pattern is typical of the holsters used back in those days. Accommodates barrels up to 5 1/2".;
