Description:
The Colt Delta Elite is credited with being the first production pistol to chamber the powerful 10mm cartridge. It is a variant of the Colt Government model, with the most obvious variation being the slightly thicker grip profile to allow for the "fatter" cartridge. This one has fixed sights with three dots to aid the alignment. The rear sight is driftable for windage. The grip scales are a textured and feel a bit like leather. The 10mm was, for a long time, the only auto pistol cartridge permitted for deer hunting in some states. 10mm Auto
