Description:
Zoli-Atlas model 65 28 ga. O/U, 27-1/2" vent rib barrels choked full and extra full (.020/.028), 70mm chambers. Marked "Made in Italy" and "Vichers English Steel". The low profile action uses a similar design as the SO series Beretta. "Baby frame" can truly be used to describe this little gun at 5 lbs., 5 oz . Single trigger, extractor and non- auto safe. This is a real bird gun to carry all day. The action has border engraving and real bone charcoal colors. Slim for-end with Deeley release. Stock measures 1-3/8" comb, 2- 3/8" heel ,13-7/8" LOP from rear position trigger to original butt plate. Well-finished breech face and water table are polished and engine turned. Marked Atlas Mod 65 on the rib, these guns were sold in the 1960s by Atlas Arms Chicago. This example is in near mint condition. Just a few minor handling marks.
