Description:
Spectacular round action sidelock built by Purdey trained Gunmaker Dale Tate. Gun started as a in the white aya #2 round action two barrel set. Dale told me he had almost 300 hours involved in bring the lockwork and metal pre up to Purdey standards prior to sending to Charles Lee for engraving Lee was also a Purdey trained engraver who later engraved for all the Top gun maker around the world. All finished were completed by Doug Turnbull & Company. Wood work was completed by Dennis Smith AKA THE STOCK DOCTOR. This gun was ordered without a case so I was in the process of ording one from Rey Pavon in Spain when Field Sport Ltd listed the beautiful Grulla case that the gun is now in.
