If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Winchester model 94 John Wayne 32-40 commemorative, top ejector, new in box, never fired, perfect condition, No marks or defects.This Winchester Model 94 John Wayne 32-40 Saddle Ring Carbine Commemorative is in 100% Collector Quality Condition. The high lustre blueing is 100% and the walnut stock is 100% condition as well. The sleeve has some indents and 1 or two tears. The foam is intact and the rifle still has original hang tag attached. Still wrapped in orginal paper. Original paperwork and leather string for the saddle ring comes with the carbine.Will ship to the lower 48 and must ship to an FFL.
