Smith and Wesson - Mod 40 - Centennial - 38spl (1973)
The Model 40—commonly called the Centennial—is Smith & Wesson’s small J-frame, five-shot snub-nose revolver with a fully concealed (internal) hammer and a double-action-only trigger. This 1973 example will look and feel like a compact, carry-oriented defensive revolver from the late-production run of the original Centennial line.
Chambered for .38 Special. Five-round cylinder.
Barrel length is about 1 7/8"–2" (snub-nose).
