Condition:
This rifle is in great condition for a WWII-era service weapon, showing wear consistent with wartime use with the original finishes being preserved. The stock has minor dents and scratches as expected, but retains strong cartouches, solid structural integrity, and a clean, smooth finish overall. The parkerized finish is in very good shape, with typical light wear and discoloration on the barrel bands and internal magazine.
There are no indications of post-war rebuild or depot rearsenal, making this an excellent example of an original, as-issued Remington 03A3. Although some parts lack Remington's "R" stamp, all components show consistent wear, suggesting the rifle retains its original wartime service parts without post-war replacement.
